Having some braking problems, seems like when I go to stop sometimes I get a lot of pedal resistance, it gets real stiff and then it will let go and I have full pedal. Seems to be doing it on icy and dry roads. Anyone have similar problems? Im kind of thinking ABS sensor but im not brake expert...
I'd check out the power steering pump and alternator but more than likely youd probably notice varying readings on your ampmeter if the alternator was the problem.
On my 2000 with rear "barn doors" there are spring loaded electrical pins that make contact with striker plates on the doors. I had a similar problem and I was able to fix it by taking some fine grit sandpaper to either ends of the contact. I belive that corrosion forms on either side and...

THEN I USED THE INSURANCE MONEY FROM THE TRANS AM FOR THIS 1987 K-5 BLAZER 4" LIFT 33" MUD TERRAINS
THEN I BOUGHT THIS 2000 TAHOE 6" LIFT 35" NITTO MUD GRAPPLERS 1/4 TREAD
SO I HAD TO SELL THE BLAZER...
It sounds like the switch maybe bad, had the same thing happen to me an aftermarket window switch was like $50 if I remember right. Not sure on the locks, i've heard of people pulling the interior door cover off and ripping wires off the boards and switches without even relizing it so maybe...
Same problem here, i checked everything and found that the carpet padding was soaked. I would vacum the carpet and it would remain dry for a couple days then would be soaked yet again. My guess is that the pressure from my feet was compressing the dry carpet against the wet padding and acting as...
Cool deal I'll give it a shot once it warms up, garage is full of other projects. Did you do any other pieces with the same paint? Trying to figure out something for the grill.
Cool deal ill have to give it a shot I have an old valance sitting around for a trial run so I think I'll give it a shot. Did you do a gloss or more of a matte or flat?
INSTALLED THE NEW ROOF RACK YESTERDAY, I PURCHASED FOUR 100 WATT KC DAYLIGHTERS. ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA ON THE WIRE ROUTING AND DO YOU THINK THE ALTERNATOR WILL BE ABLE TO KEEP UP?
Think im going to go with a black valance ,grill and bumper and keep the bumper cap color matched. I do like the above picture but i dont care for the bumper cap where it meets the front fender. Looks a little out of place with on the upper ends of the bumper cap sitting so high in black. Thanks...

Do you hear any wind rushing in when you get up to speed? If so its more than likely a window seal, but that would more than likely be accompanied by a wet headliner or something you would notice. Unless it is in that top driver side corner then it may be running down the a-post pillar in...
