Painting Interior Plastics?

Throttle Body Spacer
So I'm aware that there are a bunch of throttle body spacers out there. My question is; do they actually improve performance / mpg? Im looking at the Volant throttle body spacer and want to know if its worth the money (even though its quite cheap). Thanks!- Naks

Ebay Headlights vs OEM
Looking to buy some new headlights but not interested in paying the insane amount for oem ones. I could get a set from ebay but Im not sure if they'd be nearly as good as oem. Anyone have experiance with these? Thanks -
