Picking up new-to-me 2008 Yukon tomorrow.

Have always installed smoked color bug deflector or hood protector on previous SUVs. This one is the dark blue color. Thinking about getting a chrome color deflector/protector. Anyone have 5 year or so experience with theses chrome colored accessories? Thanks.

I would color match it. Chrome will look cheap IMO.

Stick on chrome for the win. Just screams class.

If you HAVE to have a bug deflector, I would go with a smoke or clear one.

Not a fan of hood deflector, but I had to choose I think a black or smoked one will look good.

Do the bug deflectors work? If so which one is best?

If the hood is in good shape why not clear bra it? Big deflectors never look good no matter what the color
