i thought about doing something like that but the chrome on the back sides is pretty ugly too. In the long run the almost new chevy wheels are the smart choice. Even though they are made in china and the other ones are USA hahaIf ya take the tires off you can clean up the bead area and spray them with epoxy primer. It'll hold air
