Looking at Quadsteer Denali with 212k miles - opinions?

I am looking at a truck with a little more towing power than my 05 Tahoe with 140k Miles. My truck is very nice and was well taken care of, so I have no worries when towing, but it is at its towing capacity with my travel trailer.
I found an 03 Denali truck - extended cab 6.0 & quadrasteer for a good price, but it has 212k miles. I am concerned over the miles on the engine, transmission, and rear end. Any thoughts, or should I keep looking? It is a 1 owner, and they are asking 6800.00
It will need front bumper paint and tailgate has only apparent dents.

Anything rebuilt? Stock truck? I wouldnt worry too much about the miles unless i saw a 5th wheel hookup or a WDH. The dents and overall care with 212k should say it all. Dont get me wrong dents happen but after a few incidents we can become a little numb to it by caring less, then that just turns into procrastinating fluid changes, washing etc. You have pics of this beauty?

That is fine, I have changed my mind, I finally have gotten my Tahoe about where I want it and really dont want to part with it. Not now anyways. I will end up beefing my Tahoe a bit more for towing.

Yeah buddy! I like that idea better. Ill put money on that truck having a 5th wheel at some point. 212k miles, its like no one sat in it lol that is a very clean looking interior tho.

id keep the Tahoe too but I woldnt worry bout the miles. if possible keep the Tahoe and get the truck lol
