Wouldn't hurt to get a quote from an upholstery shop. Would look good . Love the way the 09+ ram has the leather with stitching around the edges. Same as bmw and other high end vehicles. Not saying dodge is high end but just stating it has that type of dash

I'll keep it in mind. I have some other things I need to have done first- new windshield plus tint, line-x, subwoofer. Then a new front bumper probably since I'm thinking of going to a regular 1500 one. I'll probably be broke again by then. :(

just read through all 82 pages over the past 2 days. very impressive and i love all the things you are doing to the truck since you bought it. i have an idea for your sub box options.

i had this in my '02 ram, and im going to be installing it now in my tahoe between the rear captains chairs. i had one custom made for my 10" kicker L7 but as you see you have options for size. ill try and dig up some pics from my phone to add to this...

here are some pics i took of mine. then a pic of it in the back of my '11 Ram CC. I used door stops as "feet" for it to stand. 1.5 years there with kids jumping on it without an issue. i think you could do something similar in the jump seat area.

Lol, you
Good point, I'll just leave the windshield out then.
Should. Depending if it's a mobile glass guy, you could have him take the glass out, do the dash, then have him come back a day or 2 later once you're done, for the install.

I bet you could find a someone locally who would trade you straight across for their factory bumper.
