I did the 2-4 mod on my Tahoe with sway bars. We had to put the rear spacer on to get the Tahoe to level. The sway bars work very well a welcome addition too.

Do the aftermarket bars make a big difference from the factory bars?

I upgraded to Hotchkis front and rear sway bars on my 13 Denali. Major improvement over stock! It felt like a totally different vehicle.

Yes a major difference the Tahoe handles great. Well handles great for a 5K+ pound brick. I got my bars and the proper extension arms for the lower rear from Tony. Nice complete package.

Good luck.
