Hey guys hows it going? Not sure if my pictures uploaded or not but if they did can anyone tell me by the amount of thread left on the bolts for my stock keys can I turn up the bolts more to level the front or would I have a better result with aftermarket keys. I measured and I'm currently sitting at 36" up front not sure if that helps.

if there is space between the top of the key and where it hits the frame, you can. I think my front was almost 37 on stock keys, but it’s a Z71 and I think they may sit a little higher due to the springs. I added 1.5 coil spacers in the rear and 3 inch keys in front. I am sitting about 39 at all four corners.

IIRC, 4 turns gives you 1/4" of lift. It looks like you have about 4 threads showing, so you only have enough to get 1/4" more lift.

But if would turn up the 4 turns isn't that considered maxing the stock keys? My dad also has the same model and year as my burb but his threads show more and it sits a little higher.

That would be maxing out the stock keys. Different trucks have different side heights depending on the springs. My Z71 Tahoe sits about an inch higher than a regular Tahoe in stock form. I bought my keys and spacers on eBay for less than $70.00. If you want level without maxing out, swap out for aftermarket keys.

I see, i believe i'm at 36 all around. My autoride went out so I'm switching to regular shocks. I have the bilsteins 0-2.5 up front on stock keys but I'm holding off for the rear unsure if I should go with moog coils, spacers, keys and longer shocks, or stick with regular height bilsteins all around keeping it stock height.

If your not running over sized tires, then imo stay with stock. I am running 33x11.5x20 and mine still rub in the rear under heavy articulation. I would definitely add the rear bilsteins. I am running the ones you have on front on all four corners.

Eventually I would like to go with 20s but I think I'm going to go with aftermarket key and see the height it gives me. Then I'll decide if I should lift the back or stay stock

If it helps any, i just eliminated my autoride last week. I bought MOOG 81071 coils for the yukon without autoride. Didn't lift any but made a world of difference in ride quality.
