Autoride....again

A miracle took place in NY today! I started her up to move her a few feet so I can wash her in the backyard......I heard the most beautiful noise.....the compressor fired up and filled my shocks! All I did yesterday was soak the wiring harness in MAF cleaner, and unplug the SCM while the vehicle was running to see if the service ride control message illuminated (it did).
I want to unplug an air line and deflate the system to see if it works again, but I'm going to my BB tune in a little while and want to feel good about my truck lol.

So the compressors aren't the problem. Now I have a brand spanking new Arnott laying around.

Still not working right. Guys, I think I need an ESCM.
The "wanted" section doesn't get as much attention and I know someone on here has what I need. For those of you that rid of your autoride systems, I need the ESC module that's in the passenger side cargo area (behind a trim panel). I can't locate it anywhere online me local junkyards operate more like overpriced retail stores.

Please sell me one.

Thanks to all who helped. Turns out none of the compressors were bad.
I had an electrical guy diagnose the system and he found a broken wire in the harness going to the alc relay and repaired it. The system works now!!!!

FYI- the dorman compressor is louder than the Arnott. The Arnott is whisper quiet in comparison, but I ain't messing with it! I'm selling the replaced Arnott (Brand new) in the FS section.

Glad it all finally worked out....I'd have pulled my hair out by now-I admire your patience/persistence. Electrical problems are a PITA. So the wire was broke or did it corode so badly that it broke? I have an extra ALC relay from my trouble shooting as well lol. Maybe I should have a back up compressor on hand.......

Corroded. Which explains the intermittent/weird behavior before it went out completely. I really thought the ESCM was the culprit, glad I didn't throw money at it.

I ordered an Arnott rebuild kit because my compressor wouldn't even kick on. I rebuilt the compressor plugged her in and it ran for 7 seconds and turned off. So I thought it did it. Its been working great every time I start it up even when I have my boat on the back it pumps it up for about 12 seconds great right. But ever since I cannot get the warning "service ride control" to reset. I pulled the battery for an 24 hours and put a charger on the battery to get her nice and charged. Hooked it up and I still have the warning. I pulled the 30 amp fuse under the hood and that didn't clear it. If its working right what do I need to do to clear the warning without having a Dealership bend me over and it may still not work.

You need resistors added if you are running non stock shocks either in front of rear. There's something called a magnetic damping system that the SCM uses. Do more research!

Ok people with the Electronic Suspicion...like me. iCaresoft makes a dedicated GM Scanner that reads everything including...yup...you got it, the ESV module, so you can now pull the codes for the suspension. I bought it for $113 on Amazon. Works like a champ. Autel came out with a new scanner, more money, $250 but it does all the models as well.

Im having problems with my truck saying service stability every time I start it up. I hear the auto leveling working so Im not sure what it is. Thinking of picking this up to take the guessing game out of it.
