So im wondering if any one here has changed the factory sway bar bushing and end links with polyurethane. What was the outcome big difference or not worth it-any squeeking.Any preference on brand vs stock. My Tahoe seems a bit top heavy leans more than i think it should swaying back and forth.Just wondering if that would tighten up the response a little. My suspension is fine and has only 75k on it with new shocks. My bushing's have some cracks in them so do the end links on front.Trying to look up which ones to order looks like 1.25 in bar stock on mine.2004 tahoe z71

It seems that energy suspension poly is most popular. If you can find ones made out of Delrin, for our trucks, I'd go with that. A few guys have reported a fair difference by upgrading the bar itself as well to a Hellwig or Eibach.

ya the polys have a tendency to squeak if you don't keep them greased, if you grease them up once in a while there's no noise at all, at least that has been my experience

Poly bushings will make a bit of a difference but beefier swaybars will be your best bet, combined with the poly. Energy Suspension makes some of the bushings with grease fittings.

Ok so i ordered the kit,and will install weds.I also will see if my 33 inch tire will fit my spare tire area.Extremely cheap for what i think this will do to the front end of the tahoe $37 bucks.

Ok so sway bar parts went on no problem made a noticeable difference in the feeling of the tahoe on slight and sharp turns. That is the best $37 dollar mod i have found. Now the 33 inch spare tire will not fit without modifications. So i had to cut a small piece out of the hitch for it to go up in with out tire touching the track bar.So after the sawzall mod im calling it-no prob with the 33.
