I have problem with my AVV stamped HD upper control arms that my 20" wheels will touch the arm when i turn to the max . Is this normal for car with 10k miles ? Some photo will posted soon

Not normal. Is your setup stock or aftermarket?

You likely need a different wheel/tire setup to prevent rubbing like that unless there is something wrong with your steering.

I have aftermarket 20" rims on my Tahoe and I do not experience any rubbing. After the repairs I'd verify that the wheels do not make contact with the control arms or you will have the same problems. As others have stated, I would check the back spacing on your wheels to ensure there is enough clearance.
