The factory piping is a lil under 3", the Magnaflow is 3" in and out @Bigbeardenali1992 just put one on his it fit great

be careful .. i was running fowmaster 50 with dual in/out and dual exhaust and it would drone pretty bad on the highway at 80mph.
i have since switched to a MagnaFlow 12568 which is probably the biggest muffler you can find for a truck.. and its better, but still loud.
1st gen Denalis are notorious for super loud engines with any aftermarket exhausts. unless you want loud.
