So I went out and hopped in the hoe to head to work and on startup the Air Bag lights flashing and the info display started reading "Service Air Bag".... totally out of the blue... haven't hit anything to trigger sensors, haven't had any recent electrical surges through system, just purely random now its showing this. Anyone else have experience with this and what I'll have to do to diagnose/clear this code??? Thanks in advance!

I have the same thing in my 03. Totally out of the blue. Mechanic scanned it and said it was the outside lower impact sensor, but hasn't cleared it and the light is still on. I don't think it can be cleared unless it's fixed. I read somewhere that these sensors do go bad a lot.

Do you know what the code is? If you have on star have them run a remote diagnostic and report back with the code.

With a code reader, you can reset it, but it'll just come back on immediately. Just replaced my driver side impact sensor Friday. That fixed it. The code reader will tell you which side even, see my post like the below this one if needed.

I had the same problem...it was the connection under the driver's seat. I unplugged it, made sure pins were in good and reconnected. It happens every now and then if my wife drives the truck and moves the seat. I just push the wires in a bit and it's good until she moves the seat again!
