I have a 2015 Tahoe. I installed 35watt hid and ran them with no problem. I decided to upgrade to 55watt, so I went on eBay and bought two 55 watt ballast. The installed with no issue and while the truck was not running I was able to turn the light switch on and the headlights worked, great! But wait, when I start it the lights come on then go off! They don't even work if I turn the switch on while it's running. So, why would they work if the tahoe is not running and won't work while it's running?? Thanks for any help with this!

You may want to look in the "Exterior Section" as that seems to be where the headlight information is located. You could also contact Vanquish Auto who is a vendor and lighting expert that has many post in that section.

Hello . Welcome to this forum. The reason why they are not working properly is because it is not the right kit your car is compatible with. We have the right kit for you , in fact you can look at all reviews here on the forum about vanquishauto and you will see this is the only kit compatible with you. Our kit comes with 5 years warranty, no error, no flickering, no need relay harness, and no issues like the ones you are having. Thanks let me know if you have any other further questions I can help you with.

The forum should have a dedicated section to "Lighting". It'd be nice to have one dedicated section to lighting instead of having threads related to lighting bulbs LED HID mixed with threads about front splitters window trim wheels tires etc.

I have an idea. Let's make vanquish auto section be Vanquish Auto Lighting Section. Doesn't matter if talking about any other lights. I will be happy to help

If you can still return them please do. You need a canbus system and we can help you with that. If you bought like xentec or opt7 it's really bad stuff.

Please. No. This isn't that difficult. Do we need one for engines separate from transmissions separate from differentials too?
