So I replaced the links (easy peasy) but noticed the bushings were worn. Looks like an easy replacement process.

Parts store had MOOG poly replacements in stock (bonus!)

Now I can't seem to get the bar to clear the lower portion of the frame which the lower control arm attaches to. It's only 1/8" too tight to fit the new bar and bushing in.

Any tricks y'all know of?

4wd LT 4dr 99 Tahoe.

Nevermind. Y'all took too long to address my issue. An appropriate application of blood, cursing and geometry fixed the problem. I guess the forums have moved onto lowering, lifting and urban mods.

For anyone elses reference, if the truck is jacked just a few inches, it changes the geometry of the LCR just enough to get everything to fit. Barely.
