DJM Rear Axle Relocation Bracket issue

So I lowered my 2011 Avy with Belltech spindles and DJM 4" springs and their hardware kit (RK2007) that corrects the rear axle angle. Problem is I'm getting a lot of noise when accelerating/stopping.

What seems to be happening is the axle twisting. The holes in the bracket that the lower trailing arms bolt in to are slightly oversized allowing it to move around. Has anyone else experienced this? I've tried contacting DJM with no response and my only guess is just finding bushings to fix the issue.

Is the hardware kit even necessary? Completely removing it would solve all my noise issues I think but then I might have pinion angle problems causing vibrations?

Do you have pics of the issue your having? I have the same kit on my yukon with 6inch drop springs and I don't have any issues.. I did find the instructions for installing the DJM hardware kit a bit confusing at first. Possible you have a few bolts mixed up in the wrong locations??

No everything is bolted up correctly. Directions were read thoroughly.

I cut the bump stop like the instructions said to do. I also noticed the shock relocation brackets are the same way. I took measurements the other day for bushings. Basically the bolts are 14mm and the holes in the shock/trailing arm brackets are 16mm.

While I was under it I rerouted the driver side e-brake cable and tightened up the bolts pretty good. Noise is all but gone but I have a bag of 16mm O.D. by 14mm I.D. brass bushings to completely fix the problem. Just don't understand why they come oversized other than to ease installation.

Reviving a very old post but did the bushing work for you?? And where did you get them from?

Installing this kit tomorrow and I can already see the difference in bolt shank to hole diameter
