I think in this thread, spacers are the blocks put under the springs to add lift.

Oh ok. Do you think Bilsteins in the front would raise it a little? Maybe just an inch higher than the back. I have 2 inches out of my torsion bars. If I got 3 inch blocks and Bilsteins in the front would it ride like crap

When yall say spacers do you mean body spacers? I cranked my keys and its level, thinking about new shocks to make it squat a lil like 02_Tahoe
My bad - I misread this.... nope, not body spacers, as in a body lift. The spacers we ARE talking about fit in between the spring and its mounting surface.

Got it. I might get some new shocks up front. I hear body lifts make it ride like crap.

Body lifts DO NOT alter the ride quality in any way, shape or form.

All you are doing is spacing the frame away from the body, not changing any driveline angles or suspension settings.
