The one thing that I hated about my 2004 Yukon xl is the driver door is the only one you can open with a key. My fob gave up the ghost a long time ago. Tried to get new one made at ace hardware but it didn't work so I have bought a viper remote start with 2 new fobs. But not sure if I am going to add that or try something else. If you did something else let me know. But that is the one main thing about mine that I did not likedba84a712a9b2b6315ac84bfe7d65505.jpg

Yeah I bought a new fob for my 2006 as well on ebay. Programmed in my truck and it works perfect. You csn find the instructions to program it online at programyourremote.com I believe it is.

The one thing that drives me insane about my 2006, is my third row seat. My only major qualm with this Gen gm is the third row that is a not a true fold away third row like the 2001 durango I had previously. My durangos third row folded down into the floor and laid flat. My denali third row just folds in half very itself and flips foward. Its not a big deal since I bought an xl and have plenty of room, but would have more room if it was a true fold away. No fix for my 3rd row seat haha.

That the second and third rows don't slide forward or backwards at all. I have 3 rear facing car seats in the 3rd row, and it would make fitting them easier if I could either slide that row back or slide the second row seats up a little. No fix for that.

The thing I can't stand and is a complete eyesore are my torsion bars. I have a six inch suspension lift and got it just before the Non Torsion Drop kits came along. I've bugged Rough Country and they're finally letting me purchase just the NTD brackets so I can tuck my bars back inside my frame!!!

All 5 of our kids were planned, thanks though. There are 3 rear facing because we do everything we can to keep them that way as long as possible because it's safest. They are 10 months, almost 3, and almost 5. The older two are 9.5 & 17. And we do plan on having more. No "wrapping" has ever been needed, and we won't be starting now. Lol.

I apologize if I offended you in any way. Definitely was not intentional. One of my old First Sergeants used to say that and it's the first thing that came to mind. Congrats on the big family, you're a stronger man than I am. I only have two and I admit I have my hands full! lol
