Sup guys need some help i got the truck from my brother and i don't know what keys he put. I replaced the control arm with a moog and still have a bad angle on the control arm even after removing the key bolts to see how low would it go and still getting a bad angle. Am new to all this torsion bArs stuff. Anybody have pictures of theres after keys have been installed to see the angle. My ball joint looks like is going to fail really quickly

The control arm isn't the problem and removing the removing the key bolts will just make things worse. You need to adjust the bolts way in and see if you can get some lift. Then I'd order stock keys and dropped spindles for lowering so the ride is good.

Am not trying to lower the truck. I wanted to check to see if taking the bolts out will even the control arm a bit.

That's what I was saying- taking them out will lower it more, making the angle worse.

Generally, people get the keys to lift the front to level the front to the back.

This actually messes up the angles and geometry. Besides an alignment, you will end with uneven tire wear.

Spindles are a better way to go. Just make sure your CV axles are not at too steep angles. Moderation is the key.

Now, you need to use the torsion bar bolts and they need to be preloaded about 5 to 6 turns minimum. Can NOT drive without them preloaded. It would be like removing the coil springs off the back. Ride quality would be crap and it's actually unsafe to do so.

Good luck!
