And drilling an screwing is nothing bad, do you know if it still lines up with the holes that are already along the inner fender or do you have to drill through the side (exterior)
From my understanding you have to drill through the side ill try to find the installation diagram i seen on eBay to show you. The aftermarkets don't have the extra plastic that wraps around to under the lip.

It looks like these are smooth for the standard (non-xl) Yukon. From the pictures it looks like it wraps around the side from the pictures but im not 100% sure. I emailed them to see

Let me know what you find out. I have a Tahoe so the flares should be exactly the same that we need. Just saying usually the "installation kit" they are referring to is self-tapping screws.
