I'm about to inherit a Yukon SLT and have a few questions regarding what is actually standard for the vehicle make and year.....specifically whether it came with a 4.8 or the 5.3.
I've read that the 5.3 was standard for the 2003 SLT, but a few websites list the 4.8 as standard. Anyone know for sure?? I really don't want to check the pistons or unbolt anything to get to the stamp.
If this helps....it has a mesh grill, heated leather memory seats, steering wheel controls, throttle and break adjustments, onstar, second row audio controls, and beautiful 6 spoke aluminum wheels.
So the basic question is....did the 2003 SLT come stock with a 5.3 or was it strictly an option??
I'd appreciate any info. Thanx
