I have a 2004 tahoe with a Fosgate T1500bdcp and T400-4, JS 250a hairpin alt and 2 optima yellow tops with all ofc wire 1/0 front to back and frame grounds.

My issue is with engine noise that only occurs with the rear air fan speed on 2 or 3.

Has anyone had similar issues and what was done to correct it.

Thanks

Your grounds sound good. I'm guessing it's interference into the RCAs. Where are your amps mounted? Where are the RCAs routed? Is it the subs or mids/highs that's affected? Play your system with the rear air on and unplug each RCA one at a time to see if you can isolate it to any one exclusively.

If I unplug the rcas with the head unit on I run the risk of blowing the pico fuse. Amps are on the box.
