Any tuners you guys recommend for a novice? 2016 Chevy Tahoe Lt. Would like something a little better that the current Range Technology AFM delete chip I currently have. I really don't want a tune that bumps up the octane, but definitely want the AFM disabled and maybe tweek the gear shift and throttle response. Trying to find one that's pretty strait forward for a novice and not difficult to switch back to stock when my vehicle is in for service at the dealer.. Thanks ;)

My only experience with a tuner is the Diablo inTune and I have to say that is extremely simple and easy to use. They have straight out of the box tunes you can use, as well as doing a few custom options with the out of the box tunes, and of course you can also do a full custom tune.

Takes all of 10/15 minutes to install the tune or restore back to your original OEM settings.

/\/\/\ What he said /\/\/\ plus I recently experienced some pleasing Road Trip mileage results...22.7 driving 85+ over a 600 mile round trip !! I'm running a Diablo In Tune 93 Octane set up with additional tweaks on a '16 Yukon SLE with Max Tow/ 3:42 Gear.

I'd also second the diablo, based in what I've read about it. Superchips, which is owned by the same company that owns diablo, also has a similar programmer that comes with three tunes at varying octane levels, has the ability to disable AFM, change tire sizes, etc.. A superchips rep told me that their programmer and the diablo intune will essentially do the same things, however the diablo's selection of tunes are a bit more aggressive than what the superchips programmer will come with.

+1 for Diablo.

From what I've read, you can't go wrong with either Diablo or Black bear
