Good luck!

If your keys have never been removed, you will be fighting it for hours.

I ended up cutting the bottom of the cross member out to drop the bar and key together then separate them on the floor using a 10lb sledge.

Heat is your best friend when trying to remove the keys!
I don't have an acetyline torch to fire up, but I did have a MAPP gas torch I use for plumbing. Heat up the key for 30 seconds, smack it a few times with the 3 lb sledge, let it cool for a minute, then repeat.
All in all, took me about 15 minutes for one side, and about 30 for the other.

I found the jack stands everything fell apart easily. The underside was very clean and the keys were stock. I have a question though and it may seem stupid but here goes ... the blocks for the springs in the back do they go on top of the coil spring or the bottom? I am sitting here with the rear end of my truck taking apart as we speak ready to put them on the.
