if your wheels and hubs look like this, please take the time to chisel/sand and remove the corrosion from your hubs and rims. This can cause an uneven surface for your rim to the hub. It can and I've seen wheels fall off because of this.
This car I worked on today had one rim with only 2 lug nuts holding it on and I could remove those two with my fingers only. Complaint was vibration and knocking noise. The loose rim oblonged the lug holes on the rim so it needed a rim and the other 3 lug studs were stripped.

Glad we dont have that in Tennessee

Be glad. Rusted bolts, seized or nuts and bolts that are not even a shape of nut or bolts due to corrosion really hinder repair times.
Rotors are saveable. Resurface the faces. Charge an hour of shop time to clean that corrosion on top of a 2hr resurface/brake job per axle is way cheaper than replacing 4 rotors and the 2 hrs per axle to do brakes. Our shop it's still the same
Time weather we resurface or replace rotors

Lawd...

Had a wheel come off my Buick at 35 in college because of a stripped lug. This dude is lucky to be alive.

When I worked at the tire shop at costco nothing left without the rotors getting hit with a wire brush and brake clean. I saw that there all the time.

Pictures look as if the assembly has been submerged for awhile, a long while, sure it has not been a flooded vehicle, dried and sold as is? I am in Canada and we have plenty of salt damage, but nothing as gross looking. Check other places for water damage.
