If you're going to lift it, go with a 6" RCX lift. My 99' had a 3" body lift when I bought it, I added 2" blocks in the rear and the TB's are cranked. I had to trim the lower edges of the front bumper and the rear lower portion of the factory flares and fender. I'm only running 285/70r18 BFG KM2's which are 33.7" in diameter and they finally clear unless you really get it in a bind off road. One of these days i'll get a 6" lift and 35's for it.......one day! If all you ever plan to do is drive it around on perfectly flat roads and never need to turn full lock, you can get by with less! the short answer is NO.... you will need min of 6" to clear 35s. you may be able to drive on 35s if you cut your truck up. but if you get off road any you will tear something up

Mine has Ford keys in it and the TB's are cranked up pretty far. The 2" blocks were put in to level it up. My setup is pretty much maxed out with the tires i have. I would've put 35's on it if it was possible, but they would have rubbed badly. Unless you're willing to start cutting fenders up, i would suggest a 6" RCX lift. Check out Bowtie Freak's Hoe, he has his setup the right way.

anyone like the procomp lift?

Back when i had a 1993 Blazer i took it to 4wheelparts and got their 6" procomp lift on 35"s and it was great.. was thinking of doing the same to my 1996 tahoe.
