My rear heated seats and the whole unit doesn't work maybe once every 4 months they will come on but they don't work the whole rear unit doesn't work could it be that? And the drivers seat works but you have to hit the button 4 or 5 times for each setting, passenger heated seat works fine.

Loose connection somewhere, like under the console. Switch may be going bad on the door, think it may be a coincidence that both are going at the same time but i may be wrong....
