If you have the memory seats, then the mirrors should as well. My LT does.

I thought the memory mirrors were part of the memory seat package. Can you disable the auto-adjusting mirrors in the options? Maybe they're turned off.

I think my LT mirrors do adjust with the memory settings.

Yep, mine adjust with the memory setting as well.

I'm not sure with regards to the 2016s but it would seem odd to remove that feature in the next model year. Perhaps it has more to do with what optional packages you have on the LT? I have the Luxury package so it may possibly be a feature of that, however I don't see it listed on the window sticker. I also don't see it listed as a standard feature on the window sticker but I do see "memory settings, driver seat, pedals" listed.
