I believe you. I installed an MBRP cat back in my Challenger R/T and enjoyed it quite a bit.
Amazon has a good deal on them right now. Here's a clip with one installed on my Suburban just as a sound teaser, LOL

I think a mild lift (2 or 3 inches), wheels, tires, black bowties, remove the airdam, and maybe head and taillights would get you the perfect truck.

Have you seen the Chrome Escalade roof rails? They would look good and very clean on that truck. Or keep the black roof rails and get the dupli color satin black rubberized spray and redo the rims. If you like it you can have them powder coated later. I avoid any aftermarket rims as they cannot withstand minnesota pot holes. On mine I left a little bit of the outside rim exposed, these are also Hummer Wheels to accommodate the larger tires.
