Screen goes blank with playing audio via Bluetooth

I have had it happen twice now that my phone is connected via Bluetooth and playing music when the entire screen in the car goes blank for 10-15 seconds, music stops, and it appears the infotainment system restarts. Once it is done, the phone eventually reconnects and continues playing. The whole process takes 45-60 seconds.

Anyone else have this happen?

It happens to me when is on Nav or reverse/parking/foward...I'm thinking is ok. Is like small mini computer that's trying to catch up I guess. My old Pioneer Z1 used to do this... is like the circle of death on the PC.

I had the same problem (2015i) some time ago.
After three trips to the dealer, they replaced the HIM module and that cured everything.
