I went with a cheaper version from Amazon(I know you get what you pay for but for $40 it was worth a try) and so far so good after about a month of use. Very similar design to the putco but about 1/3 the price.

I clicked on your Amazon link, and those look identical to the so-called Putco's I bought for $157 on Amazon. It's got me wondering if mine are genuine Putco's or just the same lights at a much higher price. Mine did NOT have the PUTCO logo printed on the copper cloth heat sinks like shown in the Amazon photos either. The fact that I bought them from Amazon, and not a 3rd party selling on Amazon, and the description listed the brand as Putco makes me think they are the genuine item. But they came in a plain white box with no brand name shown, and no paperwork or manual of any kind. I'm considering ordering the ones you bought and comparing, then sending back the $157 set if they are truly identical and arrive in the same packaging.

I ordered mine today thru amazon for $157.93 will be driving to Wisconsin from Houston so will come in handy on the dark roads.. Almost hit a deer last xmas around Texarkana. Let me know if anyone has the 15 or 16 yukon Denali and can tell me if the fog lights have any space between the lens and the bumper...

damitchell, please post a photo of the packaging your lights arrive in. I'm curious to see if yours say Putco anywhere on them. Mine did not, despite the Amazon listing stating that they are Putco brand lights. I'm beginning to think we may have paid $157 for the same lights that debo4x4 found for only $40.

Thats funny I had the same idea.. .my box was all white with a magnetic flap lid. Only sticker was on the side that was like a barcode and a brief description. No Putco markings on the box or lights. I thought same and was a knockoff.. so I called Putco and talked to a lady. She asked me to send her pics and I did,,, she reviewed over the phone and said ours is legit. She said it was an earlier release before they had finalized the packaging. She also said Putco doesn't put their name anywhere on the product and the website pictures have it on there for marketing. Gave her my thoughts on how I didn't think it was a good idea to send out a nice product like this without the MFG name on it.
I got mine through Amazon and was from Amazon Fullfilment.

I installed them in a few minutes and man they are nice!!!!

I liked them so much I went ahead and ordered the low and high beam Silerv-Lux Pros...

I have a 2016 Denali and ordered this

Wow! A lot of money for LEDs. That's actually a price of HID set up.

Glad to hear you called and got that response, that's exactly what I was planning to do.

One question - doesn't your 2016 Denali have factory HIDs for the low beams? I'm considering swapping my halogen high beams for the Putco LEDs too, but just curious why you are ditching your factory HID low beams?

Yes the Denali has the OSRAM Xenarc 66340HBI 35W D3S HIDs. The are 4500K so just a little bit more yellow in color but def looks good with the new LED fogs at 6500K. pretty close in color. That said,, ,the high beams are old school halogens and very yellow.

I really didn't need to change the low beam... but,,,, just pulled the trigger to do them.

I sat on the shopping cart for 2 days trying to decide if I wanted to do it...

Will take some pics of the HIDs w the LED low beams tonight for you...

I agree, the stock D3S bulbs are not quite as white as the Putco LED fogs. I will say they look better together than I was expecting though.

As much as I like the Putco LEDs so far, I just don't think they will project light as far as the stock HIDs in the low beams. But I am considering just swapping in a whiter D3S bulb though, like these:

Yea I will let you know what I think on that after the install of one and will do a pic of one HID and one LED. The Putco Silver-Lux Pro is 3000 lumens and the HID is 3200 lumens so pretty close and both using the projector. Should be close however I have seen reviews on Amazon that they didn't think they had the same "throw" so to say... we shall see...
