So I'm still trying to finish my list of to-dos on my truck. Had it for month and workin hard to get my list done. It's fun getting packages every few days. But while I wait for my intake and lowering kit to ship I and in process of buying new headlights and tail light bulbs. But as far as tails I was about to order LEDs from vleds. Then I stopped because I remembered installing LEDs on my bike. And they would flash funny due to the load resistance (I think that's the term). So my question is if I replaced the tail light bulbs with LEDs would it do the same thing? I want brighter lights due to we painted my tails. Light transfers great though them. It's just a mental thing I guess. View media item 25993

As long as it is a one function light (i.e. reverse) there should not be a problem, if it is a multi function light (i.e. front turn signal) there will be a problem because of the lower voltage. You will also need to get "can bus compatible" bulbs so the computer won't throw a code (of a burnt out bulb.

Too me the led lights are too much of a hassle, I will not use them.
