Are my torsion keys cranked?

Yes they are cranked. And no, you can't get an inch out of the adjustment that's left. Are those stock keys or aftermarket? Judging by the rust, I'd say they are factory.

Not sure. I just bought it a month ago. So is that height ok? I'm not.going to mess anything up riding like this will I?

Wouldn't hurt to take it in for an alignment. Tires will wear out rather quick if cranked and poor alignment. Take a picture of your CV angles.

You can get the ford torsion keys for some lift... they are "indexed" different than chevy, so you can twist the torsion bars more... ofcourse the more you crank=the more tires and parts wear out...
