Had my battery die (not sure why) after the jump the front HVAC controls has reset. They did not calibrate properly. Pulled the 3 fan relays and turn on and did a recalibrate. Front controls worked properly. Since then the rear has vent control (top, floor, both), fan speed, but no temp control. Regardless of the temperature it blows cool. Can't make it warmer or cooler. Tried pulling the fuse in the instrument panel near driver door.

Any thoughts before I take it in? I hate to schedule an all day affair if this is something easy.

If not, I'm slightly irritated. Second rear HVAC issue since getting this Memorial Day weekend. Is there any way to document issues...I'm afraid the service department will take the easy way out until it's my dime to properly fix it.

I've had a Lexus GX, Jeep Grand Cherokee and now Denali XL as SUVs; TDI Jetta and Malibu for commuters; and a C5 convertible. While I've had others, I always come back to GM. Please help!

Can anyone out there provide details to how your rear hvac responds to temperature control changes?

Dealership noted it took mine 25 minutes to change from 65 to 80 degrees after changed from the rear controls. Stated this was normal behavior. I would appreciate any information from you fellow GMT 900 owners.

GM customer service...can you help out?
