Intellilink Screen Flicker - 1 min after startup

The invoice they gave me didn't provide a lot of detail, but here is the info from my system. I haven't had any further issue since the update on April 15th.

Thanks a lot for the follow-up but this looks foreign. What do you meant by info from my system? I was thinking of a photo of your service repair sheet that would maybe show what they fixed.

That's the details from my system, if you hold in the power/home/menu at the same time it will take you to the dev screen. From there you can scroll to the HMI tab where it will show you your software levels. Compare them to what I posted above to see if there is any variance. The repair sheet didn't say much other than what I posted above.

Looks like my radio info is the same except:

mine says rao2hi.

Does your updated and reprogrammed radio show this also?

Having the same issue here as well! No rhyme or reason, glitches multiple times EVERY time I drive it...yet the dealer cannot seem to duplicate the issue. Odd because within the first 5 minutes of driving it after they were unable to duplicate the glitch it did it multiple times. At that point I had no time to turn around and physically show them. They have updated my software once, which proved to be unsuccessful. I have had a couple of half screen blackouts...literally half of the screen goes black and the only way I can fix it is to turn off and restart the vehicle. I received an email from the service manager a few weeks ago saying that they had "additional resources" to try to fix the problem. This is only after I filled out a dealer survey indicating that they were basically shrugging their shoulders at me. I am hoping to get the vehicle in soon to take advantage of the "additional resources" and have demanded a loaner car free of charge. Please update on any success and I will do the same! Thanks.

Im still having this after several software reprograms! Commander769 are you still flicker free?!
