Replace motor
How hard is it to remove and install a motor in a 93 suburban? My truck transmission is shot and I found another truck for 500 with a blown motor so was going to swap Motors and scrap the truck. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk- tyrone27

I have a 93 suburban 4wd. Well I got another transmission from the junk yard and it's the wrong one. It's a 2wd and I need a 4wd.Well I have to return it Monday. Previous owner screwed me over and lied about the transmission being rebuilt. So now I have to put a used one in. How hard is it to remove and install a 93 suburban transmission on the ground? I've done vw transmission but not a big truck one before. Can anyone give me any advice or tips...- tyrone27

The shift handle feels normal but it doesn't engage any gear in the transmission. I noticed the I had a exhaust leak when I brought it but it's been reported. But I was looking under the left side and saw the plastic loom was melted but the wires look ok. Sent from my SM-N910T using Tapatalk- tyrone27

Won't move and brake light on
No the emergency brake is fine just the light came on and won't go off when I was raving the motor. It was never applied. But the transmission won't engage into drive to move. Sent from my SM-N910T using Tapatalk- tyrone27
