    Thanks for the input. I think I’m going to give it a go. Just can’t justify a new vehicle. I looked at the magnussen and the whipple, from what I can tell the mag is what the factory uses and seems to be a good bolt on option

    I really just want to lower rpm’s at cruising speeds while towing and improve torque. It’s a big investment at 7k. Is the 6.2l worlds better for towing? If it is maybe I should just look to upgrade. Of course that’s more than 7k !

    I read a lot of threads about superchargers. Seems as if the performance gains are awesome. I haven’t see too much about how much you notice these while towing. I am considering a supercharger but only so I have more towing torque. I need reliability. I just don’t want to spend 7k and not notice...

    I do think the volant is just plain loud. Even with no trailer it is super loud even at half throttle during acceleration. Very disappointed in this upgrade. I don’t recall what RPM but I think it was around 2300 or 2500, is always right on the cusp of a shift. Once it shifted, it was quiet...

    I have a 2017 tahoe with a 6 speed and max towing. Its a great truck but it just seems a little light on power when I tow with it. I drag a 16 foot enclosed trailer with a couple quads and a UTV, it probably ends up around 7k lbs all told. I drive from new york michigan, so its not real hilly...

    firestone destination at, 275 60 20 with 1.5” level. Took forever to make up my mind but really happy with my choice.
