Yes, it had a roller go down on the lifter on cylinder 4 and wore the cam down. Actually been seeing more of these failures lately on gen 3 stuff.- spdtrp

Texas speed stage 3 low lift cam
Just wanted to share my thoughts on putting a cam in one of these trucks. I have an 05 tahoe ppv with around 150k. It started making a lifter noise so i started ordering parts. I went with a texas speed low lift stage 3, 216/220 112lsa and it comes with ls6 blue springs. Also installed...- spdtrp
