Solved - So it turns out that this is a known fail point for these auto folding GMC seats. The wire pull does not break, however the plastic pull lever breaks at the circle where the wire attaches. BONUS: You cannot repair/replace the plastic pull lever. You get to replace the entire seat... -

My 2020 Yukon XL Denali 3rd row 60% seat stopped fold up or down when the button was pushed. Looks like the plastic lever that the cable hooks into at the hinge broke at the circular hole that the cable end inserts into. Called the dealer and it is a know issue and the plastic piece is not... -
