hey guys, havent been on here for a while, working alot on my c10 but i did get new wheels for the tahoe, they're tbss machined finish, with 295 35 24 tires and sitting at a 4/6 drop
what you guys think?
pretty much half the price of the 6.0 and alot easier to find as you mentioned. i have seen them around for about 500 as i am a college student right now this project will also be on a budget but done the right way to the best of my ability. first thing on my list to do is get a complely...
as i do agree in a 6.0 being badass..a 4l80e would be a must...as far as engine on a truck a 5.3 with cam and bolt ons can also be badass especially with the nitrous express kit i have. but if i do find one for a good price id deffenetly do a 6.0
thanks guys. and overall plan for truck is going to be to completly get all the body work done and eventually paint it...also drop it and add some 18,20 combo wheels. I will also do an ls swap and 4l60e aswell if all goes well. Also restore and repolish all the chrome and make it a badass truck...
hey guys been wanting to get myself a project truck for a while now and came across this truck today..1700 with a 350 engine runs and tranny sometimes wont go into reverse. Cleanest body ive seen around with little to no dents, interior is all their and looks almost brand new with the original...
lol thanks man i aprecciate it..i understand the dissapoointment on shelling out almost a grand for what you got but once all the pieces are put together you will notice the difference for example those headers with some gears, tune, a cam nd stall will really wake it up and be very fun to drive
the tune will help wake it up alot!!...long tube headers actually help out alot more in the top end instead of the low end...my tahoe was the same way and i hated it...tune and headers deffenetly helped getting it up to speed and much funner to drive...im sure youll notice it! so dont feel bad...
