Yes the 2015 and up seats bolt in perfectly however the seat belts do not match the outside seat buckles. You'll have to either get new belts or probably grind down the latches so that they mate up with the buckles.

I bought this one as a package deal in order to get a rear seat for my 2008 Tahoe. Yes, this seat is a direct bolt-in for the 2007-2014 Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade! The outside seatbelt buckles don't match the pre 2015 latches though so you'd have to swap the belt or latch from your existing seat...
No better time than now than to drop a cam in it. I don't have any specs to recommend though. If you're not going to get much benefit from driving it then maybe just dropping in a low mileage motor from a wrecked truck would be easier and quicker.
