I had the same problem in my 2000 Yukon xl 2500.... Back passenger door would not lock or unlock but all others would. Bought a new lock actuator and it still didn't work. Pulled assembly back out and cleaned it good, cycled it about 50 times while on the bench, reinstalled and been working fine...

I have about 1000 miles on the duramax and Allison conversion in my 2500 series yukon xl. I also swapped out the rear for the 14 bolt 11.5" full floater rear end. I put a complete BullyDog system on along with 4" exhaust. This thing is unbelievable fast!
