    I've called a few times. He seems pretty strict on price. Said he paid 29,000 for the black one and the best he can do is 31,900 on it. Says they are all from the south and he pays quite a bit of money to have them shipped up here.

    KBB comes back with 27,200 Private Party sell in good condition. 28k for very good and just over 30k for Excellent. I think the asking price of 30k is a little high. Try for 27k?
