    mine did this not long ago at all got in for no reason stuck in tow haul then it would go on and off. driving sucked. on your gear lever pull that boot out and take off the bottom plastic piece under the wheel theres a wire mine was orange i would bet money same as mine it got brittle and broke...

    my 01 yukon has the 5.3 and a whipple supercharger pushing 8 psi max im leading to believe injector #8 is bad so im replacing it. however i THINK the injectors are the stock size since this whipple system is the one that has the two additional injectors out front. can anyone back up that...

    I know I'm bombarding you guys I just switched the plug wire from 8 to 6. and now the code went from p0308 to p0300 and is idling rougher and if its in park and you rev it a little it drops back down to like 400 rpm and bogs a little. so new plugs and wires and see where it gets me?

    I just found out its a secondary injector driver system. apparently theres two added injectors (somewhere) on the tb I suppose? it adds the needed fuel since the injectors on the rail apparently are stock #

    I moved the coil and spark plug to #6 last weekend no change for whatever reason I forgot to move the spark plug wire. do I need to just plug the coil harness into 6 and 8 and 8 into 6 or cut and splice it? I may just change it out with a new one anyways since its mentioned. also let me explain...

    I'm going this weekend to get a compression tester I hope that's not what it is I don't have time to take the motor apart might pick up a spark tester to just to double check the coils plan b is set it on fire :emotions133:

    for those following this thread I tried today carb cleaner around the intake, no fluctuations in rpm so I don't suspect a leak. I also took out the #8 fuel injector, It really did not look bad but I cleaned it best I could and put it back in. with no results. still blinking ses light the only...
