    I have an '09 Yukon with a power rear hatch. When I open it, it makes a humming noise as the actuators open the door...sounds like a damn transformer. I took it to the dealer, and they changed out the motor/actuator, but the noise remains. I haven't heard this noise on any other Yukon/Tahoe...

    Sick bro. Personally I wouldn't change a thing. I'm skeptical of removing my side moldings...I can only imagine the door dings you'll get (I could be wrong). I agree with the previous poster ^^^...that's the exact height I want for my Kon.

    Clean job. I got mine done...paint matched the textured black (to white). I couldn't stand it either.

    Virtually every car I've owned had a sunroof. I love 'em, and I've never had problems with them at all. My Yukon didn't come with a sunroof, but I got one installed at the GM dealership for $1300 since it has a lifetime guarantee.

    Me too! Sounds like a real high pitch that only a dog would here lol (I guess I'm a dog because I can definitely hear it). Sad thing is I just picked it up today. :shocked: I'm going to take it to the dealer and have them check it out (I'll mention the alternator).
