35s can fit with 2.5 inch - 3 inch lift but with extreme trimming and norcal mod. so far with my experince you can do it with -12 and -38 offset wheels. but will rub like crazy while flexing and offroading.
Depending on your suspension setup example if you have tuned shocks elka fox kings etc... you probably dont even need swaybars they still corner very well just not as stiff as if swaybars are on still very predictable.
Stock 2021 yukon runs 265/65R18, 275/70/18 you'll probably have rubbing issues you'll still need atleast a 1- 2 lift spacer upfront and some sort of trimming to fit 33s also depending what offset you choose. the fuel rebels will clear brakes no problem.
yeah i did take a quick peek toyo open country 35sx12.50 18 inch methods i think on 0 offset, there seems to be a lot of trimming up front, the bumper was cut on a slight angle and some modifcations on the front rear inner fender.
Sorry no pictures, i was at a offroad shop and they installed kings 2.5 shocks and 35" toyos on it and were trimming the wheel wells it was a suburban to be exact.
Yup i was aware OP didn't want airbags but to me that was the onlyway for zero sag, to be honest it was the best budget friendly and easiest thing ive installed on my driveway.
Bought the airlift1000 kit watched a few youtube videos and went at it, saved me $200 install price at 4 wheel parts...
I am running 5100 bilsteins and moog HD springs and when i am loaded for overlanding it sags so the only way i fixed it was to install airlift1000 bags, which gave me barley any sag and it made the rear end more stable.
I was looking at extra travel for offroading and so far it seems going with Fox or kings Coilovers and shocks will increase travel then go with Spohn Delsphere pivot points Off-Road" Rear Suspension Package and pair it with dobinsons rear springs, and for even hardcore travel remove sway bars.
