chip for suburban

Hello!
I have 2 tahoe. 2012 5.3 and 2016. 2016 we have version 6,2L 420h/p.
it is much swifter(?) and more dynamic than old tahoe.
Now i am thinking about suburban lt, because it is bigger. i do not want yukon denali.
But suburban is heavier and only 5.3L
How do you think can i chip suburb to get characteristics like on tahoe 6.2???

Where did you get a 2016 6.2L Tahoe? Chevy is going to offer the 6.2L on its 2018 Tahoe RST but not on the Suburban. There are tunes available that will improve the performance of the 5.3L.

for our market gmc makes from 2015 tahoe with 6,2L. standart lt has several packages like "luxury".
but we do not have suburbans. they sell only tahoe and escalade esv. if you want long- buy escalade.
so we have to buy suburban from USA, and lt will cost about 100.000 usd.


so is it real to add about 100-150 h/p with chip tuning?

You will not get 100hp from tuning. There is no chip. You have the pcm tuned for better performance.

You will 100% not get 100-150hp from just a tune.

That HP number is in the supercharger range.

You will probably get between 20-30 extra hp with a custom tune. Also, it's not all about HP either when getting a tune.

It's about how the truck feels, throttle response, shift points etc...

If your budget allows I'd say yes - 6.2L engine is a big attraction.
