Black Bow ties done!

So the gold bow ties on the silver had to go. I found a guy on ebay who had 2 oem sets which he did they were used but not a scratch on them and they where $69 shipped... Just got them on and the front is by far the easiest mod ever. Took less than 1 minute and I do not have skinny hands or arm.

Did you pry both the front and back emblems off from the front? Or did you have to get to them from the back side..?

So the front emblem is super easy... There is a gap beside the hood release that you should be able to fit your arm into... I'm jot a small guy and been told I have Shrek hands and I was able to do it.... But there are 4 tabs 2 outside and 2 vertical. Release the outside 2 first then the vertical ones second and it will come right out.... There is a video on youtube that I watched.... I'll see if I can find it for you.

The rear is a held on with tape... So heat it up.... Fishing line or floss and then label/sticker remover. Then prep the area with alcohol and then put the new one on.

Looks good, especially on a silver vehicle. I'd love to see how it would look with a deep red thin pin stripe around the perimeter.
