Need all wiring harnesses too.
I'll admit I have bose and it sounds pretty amazing for being an 14 yr old design. The previous owner before me never broke in the stereo so it was like brand new when I got it. I'm slowly destroying it day by day with ice cube and snoop lol.
I'm dreading the day I need to replace the bose because I'll need to spend $$ to get equal or better sound from aftermarket.

So how are you playing it? Bass and treb to the max? How loud does the system go? I have tinnitus so I don't play my radio very loud for long periods. Just curious :)

When I got it treble was at 0 and bass was like -9 lol. Now everything is up. Sounded good stock, after an aftermarket deck it sounded even better.

I had all four 6.5" Alpine Type-R components in my 97 Tahoe that I'm putting in my 06 Z71 now. IMO they're slightly better than the Bose.
