On 01-06 models, there's a ground stud on the pillar between the drivers door and rear drivers door, maybe 1' off the floor height wise. I used it when I put my amp beneath my second row. Maybe there is something similar in your year. Where are you mounting the amps?

I bolted a stud through the body with a nut on each end. Then underneath use a 0g wire to bolt that stud to the frame. Then inside bolted the amp wires to it.... Best way to do it imo....

Can see pics if you click on the pic in my signature

I lifted up the 3rd row seat completely. I put it on one of the bolts that hole the seat and bracket down. I lifted it all up and sanded the body down. Attached the lug and put the bracket over that. Seems to be working great but ill probably end up grounding to the frame or doing a negative run from under the hood to the back

if you going big on the system I will suggest to go on the back chassis and do the BIG 3
I've already did the big three in triplet. But also ended up to just going straight to the frame in back with six ground runs of 2/0.
